Primarily serving Incline Village and the surrounding Lake Tahoe area, Scott Beenk brings over 10 years of real estate experience, along with an extensive background in marketing and sales.

Born and raised in Bellevue, Washington, Scott lived in the Seattle area until he graduated from college. He, then, moved out to the Lake Tahoe area and has resided there for over 20 years. Since 2016, Scott has helped clients navigate the area with local perspective and a practical understanding of Tahoe-area real estate. Before becoming a Real Estate Agent, Scott had over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales. With his extensive marketing background and his desire to build a business, real estate was a natural fit for Scott. Today, he is a licensed real estate broker and is proud to serve the members of his communities, whether he's helping his clients find a vacation home in the mountains or their forever home on the water. Along with his real estate and sales experience, Scott holds an undergraduate degree from Washington State University and an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing.

Scott brings a steady, service-focused approach to each transaction, with clear communication from the first meeting to the closing table. Leading with integrity and transparency, Scott works to build relationships with his clients based on mutual respect and trust. He keeps each side of the transaction organized and moving smoothly, helping buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the region, particularly on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe. His work includes mountain and lakefront properties, new construction, investment properties, and real estate flips.

Beyond his real estate work, Scott lives in Incline Village with his sixteen-year-old son, who is his world. He and his son like to stay active and do as many outdoor activities together as possible, including skiing, backcountry skiing, mountain biking, wake surfing, surfing, snowmobiling, hiking, playing tennis, backpacking, and camping.
